Season's Greetings and a Happy New Year

Hi Guys 2023 was a year where I put a lot of effort into making the orcas.pt, a platform that sailors can trust and use to reduce the risks during the passage in orca waters.

I always tried to use a positive approach and avoid polemics; this is not always easy, but possible.

I approached the media to speak about this orcas issue and try to give a different and more accurate perspective on the problem.

Our platform established some collaborations to give the sailors more accurate and faster information about where orcas are. We are working on possible solutions also.

One highlight that I would like to speak about was the recognition of TRANS OCEAN e.V., who awarded Renaud and me with the OCEAN AWARD.

All this was possible because of this big sailor community you are part of. Without the members, the community orcas.pt would be nothing. Many thanks for your support.

2024 will bring new wind and the community orcas.pt will prepare the sails for it. Be prepared :-)
