This application has been created thanks to the cooperation between the Bottlenose Dolphin Research Institute (www.thebdri.com) and the Nautilus Project. This app has been funded by Portos de Galicia (Xunta de Galicia).

State Ports Imar presents its mobile application that allows to know the state of the sea, both in real time and for the next few days.
Access detailed surf, sea level, wind, air pressure, water temperature, etc.. for each location, beach and port of Spain. The application allows the creation and management of favorite locations, facilitating immediate access to information. Additionally provided animated maps of wind and swell forecast, as well as a complete warning system for the coast to assess the state of the sea in Spain at a glance.
The information is updated in real time gauges the minute, every hour for buoys and twice daily for security systems. All data come from systems and example Ports, except for the wind forecasts are provided by AEMET.

This application, developed by the Hydrographic Institute of the Navy (IHM), shows Nautical Information about Nautical Cartography, Maritime Signals (Book of Lights and Fog Signals), Notices to Navigators (GAN), Tide Prediction (Tide Yearbook ) and Distances between Spanish Ports. It uses as a base map the WMS Electronic Nautical Cartography services obtained from the IHM Spatial Data Infrastructure (IdeIHM).
